Reconstructing A Dream ...Cultural Sensitivity For
                                             Art As A Living Thing
What SaveWorldDraw Does
Ôøº SaveWorldDraw (SWD) brings art experiences to poor and often displaced communities around the world by collaborating with charitable organizations.

Ôøº SWD provides information --including organizations’Äô Wish Lists-- and web links to environmental and philanthropic organizations in our Guestbook.

Ôøº SWD displays and sells donated children’Äôs art in order to buy art supplies for children and facilitate creative programs in poor regions.

Our website is about sensitivity, respect and working together to help solve global problems. SWD provides resources and opportunities for poor communities to keep their creative juices flowing while augmenting the work of local environmental projects. Our work is done both here in the U.S. and overseas, through conservation and humanitarian groups that support the arts.

SWD travels to remote areas to make art with people in transition. Many things contain and evoke the values and beliefs for a community: nature, wildlife, music, storytelling, to mention just a few. These things can help link us to something rooted, something universal and sometimes, something inspirational for art. They help make art a living thing and restore attributes that hold culture within the work itself. In these communities we hope to broaden and deepen personal and communal perspectives through art.

SaveWorldDraw’Äôs Guestbook links people to underfunded conservation & humanitarian groups that support art. They too need your support. Each project provides a ’Äúwish list’Äù that volunteers, teachers, children and community groups can use to help raise money to fill a wish for them... from pennies for pencils, to a few dollars for seeds for a vegetable garden, to tires for a research vehicle-- reminding us that small deeds can produce big changes. Please, help fill a wish for these organizations. Donate directly to them.
Links to each project’Äôs ’Äúhomepage’Äù are listed in ourÔøºand on our donation page. All SWD ’Äúart ventures’Äù are hosted by these organizations and built around the communities that these organizations serve. Thank you and Onward!
